Delivery & Shipping
Global Delivery Note: We ship worldwide to bring beautiful furniture to your doorstep! However, we are currently unable to deliver to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please contact us for specific country inquiries.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable shipping options designed for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping (Most Popular): Carried by DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch. The flat-rate cost is $12.95. Ideal for when you want a great balance of speed and value.
- Free Shipping: Carried by EMS. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch. This option is FREE on all orders over $50. Perfect for budget-conscious shoppers planning ahead or placing larger orders.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
After your order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in Fayetteville, you will receive an email with tracking information from your chosen carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). You can use this to follow your delivery journey in real-time.
Do you deliver and assemble furniture?
Our service includes delivery to your doorstep. Currently, we do not offer in-home assembly services. All items are packed securely for safe transit and easy unboxing.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of every product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund. This policy applies to all products, from Electric Blankets to Dining Chairs. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery, but if your furniture (like a Bedroom Bench or Cantilever Umbrella) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will quickly arrange a replacement or solution.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
