1. Our Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags, packaging, and manuals included.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details & Reason: Let us know the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason. This helps us serve you better.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories, and affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable). For exchanges, please indicate your desired replacement item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you and process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure health, safety, and hygiene, the following items from our menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Bedding & Linens: This includes Bedding, Comforters, Blankets, and Electric Blankets (for hygiene reasons).
- Personal & Hygienic Items: Any product where hygiene is paramount.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
- Damaged or Used Items: Items not in original, unused condition with all packaging.
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it immediately.

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will be refunded the difference. Exchange shipping fees may apply.
7. International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some remote regions), international returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The refund will be issued in USD.
