Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t perfect, our straightforward policy is designed to make things right.
1. Our Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags, packaging, and manuals included.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free process:

- Provide Details: Tell us the item(s) and reason for your request. This helps us improve.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Affix the provided return label (if applicable). For exchanges, indicate your desired replacement.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

3. Refunds: Timing & Method
- Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or processor may take additional time to post the credit.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error or a defective item, we will cover return shipping costs.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged (Final Sale)
To ensure health, safety, and hygiene, the following items from our collections are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Bedding & Linens: This includes Bedding, Comforters, Blankets, and Electric Blankets (for critical hygiene reasons).
- Personal & Hygienic Items: Any product where hygiene is paramount.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Clearly marked as such at purchase.
- Damaged or Used Items: Items not in original, unused condition with all packaging.
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for immediate resolution.
5. Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for a different size, color, or model of equal value. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchange shipping fees may apply.
6. International Returns
We accept international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable service. Refunds are issued in USD.
