Final Sale Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival: All Bedding & Linens (Bedding, Comforters, Blankets, Electric Blankets) and any personal/hygienic items.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment authorization.
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.

Pricing and Payment:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any order arising from such an error.

Order Processing and Shipping:

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95 USD. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on all orders over $50 USD. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or logistical events.
• Shipping is available to most global regions, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other specified locations.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return/Exchange Window: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused, resalable condition with all packaging and tags.
• Process: You must initiate a return/exchange by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• International Returns: Accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Refunds are issued in USD.
